DEADLINE to apply for the Row W. Howard Reporting Competition is Jan. 13, 2016. This competition is open to all student journalists. Nine winners will be selected to travel to Japan in May 2016. The 10-day trip is in honor of Roy W. Howard who traveled and reported extensively in East Asia, even while leading major news organizations.
