Who may apply?
• graduates from any accredited high school in North Platte, Nebraska or former student of North Platte Community College.
• have excellent grades.
• applications must be entering broadcasting, journalism, PR, advertising, telecommunications, audio-video technologies or other communication fields as they develop through technological advancements
• demonstrate academic need
• personal history, education and career goals and relevant planned course of study, character references and motivation and ability to succeed.
Scholarships may be renewed upon re-application and selection from among all applicants.
Deadline to apply is Feb. 24.
The Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation oversees the processing of scholarship applications.
