Lincoln AMA Presents February SkillSchool: Managing Piad Social Media Campaigns

The Lincoln Chapter of the American Marketing Association will present the next in a series of lectures Friday, Feb. 26, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. in Andersen Hall, room 109 located in the UNL College of Journalism and Mass Communications.

Join Social Media Contractors Founder Kris Kluver and Managing Editor John Darwin to learn about how to build, run and measure paid marketing campaigns on social media. You'll walk away knowing:

- The basics of paid social media, including types of paid options and their strengths
- Setting up and managing a paid social media campaign
- How to track the success of paid campaigns without getting overwhelmed

Bring your laptop or tablet for the interactive portion, because you'll work in groups to actually create a paid campaign and share what you've done with the group.

Kris Kluver
Kris is the founder and primary driver behind SMC. He is driven by a desire to constantly learn more about the evolving trends and philosophies of the ‘how’ and ‘why,’ and the true ROI of social media. A serial entrepreneur, Kris first became interested in social media when he began hiring help for social media to fill the growing needs of some of his other companies.

John Darwin, Managing Editor
John studied English at Creighton University and grew attracted to writing and editing during his extensive research work with John Milton’s Paradise Lost. His attention to detail and love of language got him started at SMC. In his free time, John enjoys shooting trap, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors with his Jeep.
