Help us “Put A Sock” in stereotypes about groups that are often misunderstood. The UNL Student Veterans Organization
and the non-profit ‘Put A Sock In It’ will be hosting a week-long sock drive to help homeless veterans in the Lincoln community. From March 2-11, there will be various locations around campus to donate socks.
Students have a chance to challenge misconceptions, stereotypes and bias, donate socks to homeless veterans, and win prizes from various Lincoln businesses by participating. See you there!
