The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) are offering several scholarships.
With the support of various sponsors, AWMF will be giving away more than $16,000 for the 2016¬2017 academic year.
In addition, these scholarships provide opportunities for winning students to build their resumes and portfolios while creating contacts that can lead to post¬graduate employment.
Qualified applications include female undergraduate and graduate students studying journalism, public relations, mass media and communications, though these scholarships are not limited to only those majors.
Application deadline is May 1, 2016.
