TAILGATE 48 - Big Ten Network Shoot (Interns needed)

CoJMC_Job.jpg

The Big Ten Network will be shooting an episode of its new series called Tailgate 48, from October 6th - October 8th. For nine weeks, Tailgate 48 will visit the campus of the Big Ten Game of the Week and the show's hosts will experience campus life for the 48 hour period before, during and after the game. We'll be traveling to local restaurants, landmarks, interviewing Nebraska athletes (both past and present), interviewing students and we'll be on the field for the game. We're looking for 4 or more interns to assist in the production during the course of our stay in Lincoln. Interns will assist both producers with campus knowledge (getting from point A to B), logging, grip duties, crowd control and assisting talent. Interns must be responsible, reliable, detail oriented and highly motivated. You will have an opportunity to work with Emmy Award winning, New York City based producers with over 30-years of combined experience in sports and entertainment. These are unpaid intern positions, but all meals will be paid for by the crew and the interns working on game day will have a field credential so they can assist the crew. Prior television field production experience is preferred. Please send a resume, a brief description of your production experience/aspirations, hours/days of your availability, phone number, and if you have access to a car. We can schedule people in shifts as two of our shoot days will be considerably long but we would prefer to have interns available for an entire day at a time.

We are looking for assistance for these approximate dates/times (these may change):

Thursday, October 6th - 10AM - 7PM
Friday, October 7th - 8AM-8PM
Saturday, October 8th - 9AM-MIDNIGHT
