Digital Sales Manager, NRG Media

NRG Media, a privately owned and operated media company with radio stations, websites and apps serving seven regions throughout Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Illinois has an immediate full-time opening for an individual to excel in all aspects as our Digital Director at our cluster in Lincoln. As the Digital Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving Lincoln’s interactive revenue budget. You will work closely with the experienced sales team to identify integrated advertising opportunities, assist in client presentations, manage campaigns so they are flawlessly executed and train staff on integrated marketing opportunities to increase audience engagement and revenue. Your expertise will be valued as you help create the 2017 interactive strategy.

The ideal candidate will be:
- passionate about the interactive media space
- an experienced digital media seller with success in generating revenue with integrated solutions. Radio, agency or promotions background is a plus
- an outgoing, motivated self-starter with superior collaborative and interpersonal skills
- a terrific communicator and outstanding presenter
- highly organized and capable of gathering data an analyzing digital metrics to drive success
- able to utilize Office and other relevant software to develop client proposals and training presentations
