Flood Communications, LLC is searching for a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representative who’s a motivated and creative self-starter willing to work hard to develop new and existing business in the Grand Island area. Successful candidates will develop prospect base through networking, phone calls and personal contacts; create professional proposals for follow-up meetings; work closely with other station departments; display a caring attitude and open mind to learn new ways of attaining business and other duties as requested. Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed monthly goals
• Create and write scripts production
• Collections – account management keeping clients in current and good standards
• Other duties as requested
Experience:
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
• Bicultural preferred English/Spanish
• Marketing degree preferred
• Some sales experience required at least two-year in retail or B2B
• Understanding of social media and digital platforms
• Strong ethical standards and integrity are a must
• Exceptional organizational skills suited for a fast-paced environment
