At Husker Corner, we don’t have many qualifications that you need to meet. Are you passionate about sports journalism? Do you take pride in your work? If so, congratulations! You possess the two best qualities in a potential HC contributor.
Yes, we will cover football, basketball, volleyball and more. However, Husker Corner is built on the opinions of its writers. Anyone can report how a game went down. Not just anyone can properly tell a story or back up beliefs with firm support.
I’d like to see a minimum of one piece of writing per week by any given contributor. However, if you want to put out more content, I absolutely will not stand in your way.
As an editor (or “expert” as they call us on the FanSided, Inc. network), my goal is to put out the best content for our readers and that means my staff is comfortable and well taken care of.
