The Beatrice Daily Sun is seeking freelancers interested in writing a variety of feature stories from Gage County for five upcoming special sections in our daily paper. Human interest, business, health care and more topics available. Located one county south, Beatrice is around 40 miles from Lincoln.
We’re looking for quality stories of around 600 words and accompanying photos are required. Writers will be paid $50 per story. Content deadlines vary by section and range from Jan. 23 to Feb. 20.
