Come listen to Tyler Riewer, a 2004 UNL College of Journalism and Mass Communications alumnus, give a Big Red Talk on Tuesday, March 28, at 7 p.m. in the Nebraska Union Auditorium.
Riewer is the Brand Content Lead at charity:water, a nonprofit organization on a mission to bring clean and safe drinking water to every person on the planet. He has the incredible privilege of traveling around the world to meet the people charity: water serves and telling stories about the impact of their work. Before moving to New York City to work at charity:water, Reiwer spent eight years in advertising. And before that, he was a Runza-loving student at the University of Nebraska just like you!
Riewer is the debut presenter in the new speaker series Big Red Talks, designed to showcase the formative impact of experiences outside the classroom. The goal is to inspire students (and alumni, faculty and staff) through short 20-minute stories followed by interactive dialogue with the speakers.
