Dear CoJMC students,
We are pleased to invite you to a special session with Evan Williams, an American entrepreneur who co-founded Twitter and Blogger and recently launched Medium, where he serves as CEO. Evan, a Nebraska native, will be the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s commencement speaker on Saturday, May 6, and will receive an honorary degree.
Evan has graciously arranged his schedule to arrive in Lincoln on Friday, May 5, to engage with us in a discussion about digital communication, social media and today’s society. This question-and-answer session is from 3 to 4 p.m., Friday, May 5, at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications' Andersen Hall auditorium.
