We’re on the search for part-time brand ambassadors to be the vital link between the adidas brand and your college campus. By becoming an adidas Campus Agent, you’ll be part of an elite crew of student marketers that will help reinvent how a brand delivers on campus. We’re talking about a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will get you more than just real-life marketing experience — we’ll lean on you to help evaluate the landscape of your campus and support bringing big brand moments to life in new ways.
As a part of our team, you’ll be the go-to adidas brand champion, the one who we look for to help create and execute the big ideas that shake things up. You’ll support fostering relationships and build a love for adidas with students on your campus as well as within your local community. You’ll play a key role, as the eyes and ears on the ground, in funneling up meaningful and actionable insights that will help adidas win the hearts of college students.

We’re looking for dynamic individuals who are immersed in their campus culture. We want outgoing personalities with killer communication skills who are passionate about brand marketing and the latest and greatest in footwear and fashion. We need athletes and adidas enthusiasts. We want student entrepreneurs who want to make an impact, and connect a global brand to students in a highly personalized way. We want people people.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Execute innovative and daring initiatives that build the brand’s image
-Spread love for the adidas brand among your peers & social platforms
-Build relationships with key influencers
-Submit reports, photos, and campus insights
-Collaborate with others across the country
-Pitch back ideation around activations and insights on campus
IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS
-Well-connected to your campus happenings and a wide range of people
-Passion for sport and the adidas lifestyle
-Currently enrolled as a full-time student at one of the campuses listed below
-Energetic, outgoing personality
-Credibly involved in student-life on campus
-Self-motivated and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit
-Flexible hours and ability to make an impact (nights/weekends)
-Active across multiple social media platforms
-The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve goals and objectives
-Fierce attention to detail, extremely reliable and never afraid to speak up
