Rotating duties include:
-Being responsible for knowledge of entire Game Day script, including placements, timing for media time outs, intermission contests.
-Escort Nation Anthem singers, guest puck drops and special guests to their assigned locations with the proper timing.
-Prepare promotional items for and execute all intermission games/media time outs according to the Game Day script.
-Prepare prizes for intermissions and sponsored promotional giveaways, must also pass out these items.
-Oversee Galaxy Club wrist band distribution, turning on TVs and catering fulfillment.
-Run the Fan Services desk: selling posters, inserts, answering frequently asked questions, distributing line charts, sign contestants up for various in-game contests and being the face for all Stars activities.
-Fulfill any sponsorship activation pieces and report to Liz on that.
-Assist with Box Office operations and ticket service, prior to and during the game.
-Execute all aspects of theme nights, including decorating for the night and sticking to the theme.
-Pass out Season Ticket Holder and fans items on designated nights.
-Assist with operations of Face/Off sports and merchandise needs.
