Applications are now open for 2018 summer internships in Minneapolis. The Star Tribune newsroom offers one of the top internship programs in our industry. We select college and graduate students for 10-week summer positions as reporters, multimedia producers, copy editors/multiplatform editors, designers, videographers and photographers.
· Interns are paid as first-year professionals, $735 a week.
· Students get real-world experience in a major daily newsroom. We have hired several of our former interns.
· Our interns work challenging assignments, learn about all areas of the newsroom, and staffers hold weekly brownbag craft sessions.
