Degree or training in the computer and information technology industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, AS400, Apple Computers, Telephone interfacing, and LAN layout and maintenance. Knowledge in data switches, hubs, and storage devices
Must be able to lift and/or move items weighing 50 to 75 pounds. Must be able to read and comprehend complex manufacturer’s instructions as well as legibly communicate over the phone with vendors, manufacturers, etc. Must be able to move freely around station and potentially work in confined spaces.
