This producer will create, produce, direct, write, edit and shoot content for NET. Forms of content may include original productions, contract productions, underwriting productions, web streaming productions, on-air fundraising and membership productions/campaigns, social and mobile media components, short and long-form features, and general video segments. These projects can be multi-camera, studio, remote/ENG field productions, or social media and/web/mobile sites and apps.
Will work with a team of producers responsible for all of NET’s original multi-platform programming. Coordinates online membership presentations to ensure consistency with on-air fundraising activities. May also participate in fundraising activities for NET Radio and special events.
Occasional on-camera work may be required. Responsible for the development and management of project budgets and sound management of production and personnel resources within the authorized budget. Irregular hours and travel may be required on occasion.
