Activist Rob Smith will give a presentation on Sept. 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the Nebraska Student Union Auditorium.
This presentation will be about his experiences as a black, gay war Veteran navigating through the world of journalism. The presentation is followed by a book signing/sale of his book: "Confessions of a don't ask, don't tell soldier: How a Black, Gay Man survived the Infantry Coming out and the War in Iraq".
