You could win $1,000 cash for your good reporting and writing.
The Abe and Belle Lieberman Prize for Excellence in Reporting will go to one senior journalism major who will graduate in May, August or December 2012.
To enter, submit four samples of the best reporting and writing you have done in college to Dean Gary Kebbel by Feb. 15, 2012. Public affairs reporting on government, the economy, business or major public issues will take precedence over sports or spot news.
Your work may have appeared in a print publication, on the air or online. You may submit your work via hard copy clips, a CD or a DVD. Please include a cover letter stating the name of the award and your own name and contact information.
Trudy Lieberman, who established the prize, will present the award at the college’s honors convocation in April.
