A paid internship position is available at the Arapahoe Public Mirror and Elwood Bulletin, two small community weekly newspapers in south central Nebraska. Duties would include news and feature reporting along with some photography and layout duties. The position would begin June 1st and run through August 8th. Approximately 30 hours per week, flexible days.
experience:
Writing and reporting experience, at least two years of journalism courses.
additional:
Would also like individual to have photography skills and some layout knowledge. Requirement of general knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign would be important. Must be a person that is willing to experience and report on small-community life.
