Are you a strategic thinker with a creative eye? Do you enjoy integrating technologies to create unique and clever content? Kidwell is seeking a student with a passion for content design and digital marketing to join our Marketing Team. This intern will work directly with our Senior Leadership team to develop and maintain marketing campaigns for each division at Kidwell. Strong candidates will be multi-taskers, planners, and those that can work independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
> Create and produce various mixed media marketing resources such as monthly web-based newsletters, recurring blog posts, flyers, recruiting materials, and more.
> Assist with media marketing needs of various Kidwell departments- including production of recruiting or benefits materials, employee engagement videos, or on-line and print marketing campaigns.
> Maintain and promote product updates & marketing promotions on social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
> Work with our VP of Innovation to enhance changes to the website and or KidwellHub.
> Other duties as assigned.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
> Experience with Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, SquareSpace, Video Editing Software is ideal.
> Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
> An ability to effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, both internally and in prospects.
> Ideally able to work 10-15 hours per week.
