RKD Alpha Dog is seeking a passionate Client Services Intern to help support the Client Services team in driving revenue and creating breakthroughs never thought possible for local and national nonprofit clients. The successful candidate will act as integral support for the Client Services team. The Client Services Intern will work with Account Directors and Account Executives to best facilitate the project management timeline and supporting materials. They will support the client process by liaising with the Client Services team to ensure project quality and timelines. They will express an innate curiosity and willingness to learn while engaging with the Client Services team.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
> Perform all duties as assigned by the Senior Account Director
> Update project data in the company’s tracking system
> Work closely with the client services team to maintain essential tracking reports, program records, and client information
Requirements:
> A good team player and problem solver
> Effective time-manager
> Strong communicator
> Excellent planning and organizational skills
> Good initiative, responsibility, and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
> Bachelor’s degree (in process) - most likely a junior or senior
> Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
