Join us for a special Sesame Street in Communities (SSIC) Workshop for Early Childhood Educators and parents, presented in partnership with the Nebraska Extension's Learning Child (TLC). This workshop is eligible for 1.5 hours of in-service credit.
Sesame Street in Communities builds on Sesame Workshop's 50-year commitment to addressing kids' developmental, physical and emotional needs. Their time-tested research model and thorough testing with families and providers ensure that these resources have a measurable impact on parents and children's lives.

In this workshop, the Nebraska Extension's Learning Child (TLC) will share SSIC resources to use in the classroom or home to help children from birth to age eight. Topics will include reading, writing, and resilience. These training workshops are a great fit for preschool teachers, childcare providers, healthcare professionals, or any other community members who serve families of young children.
