Full-time, non-tenure leading faculty position in the Panhandle Research and Extension District at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. This position will provide strong regional leadership for focused, comprehensive educational programs of excellence in Youth Science and Technology, Environmental Science and/or Leadership Development. This position offices in Sidney, Nebraska, and serves the region. Criminal history background check will be conducted. Must meet driver standards according to UNL policy and have a Valid Driver's License.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree required; one degree in Science Education or Youth Development or closely related field or demonstrated experience in the focus area. Successful experience teaching in a formal or non-formal setting. Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e. publications, teaching experiences, presentations). Experience and demonstrated ability in working with youth and youth organizations including understanding of positive youth development and youth program management.
