The 2013 Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference, “Communicating in Challenging Times” will be held in Kearney, NE at the Holiday Inn on February 21-22.
Keynote speaker, Jolene Brown of West Branch, IA will open the discussion of family communication on the farm/ranch and Capstone speaker Temple Grandin will discuss “Improving Animal Welfare: A Practical Approach”. Cheryl Burkhart-Kriesel will look at “Your Community: Why You need to Care About Recruiting New Residents,” and cowboy poet R.P. Smith will entertain with his wit and wisdom along with 30 other workshop speakers during the two day event.
