The UNL Dairy Store has a supply of the “Extension Centennial: Nebraska Style” ice cream in 3 gallon containers. The ice cream is vanilla based with strawberry swirl (scarlet and cream ice cream) with the addition of large chocolate chunks.

Cost:
3 gallon container - $40.00 (serving size according to Dairy Store standards of a single scoop, 45-50 people)
8 oz. single serving container - $2.50 ea.
