We are again collecting orders for Nebraska Extension/4-H table throws, adversails , and flags.
The deadline for all orders will be 5 pm CST on Friday, May 29, 2015.
No late orders will be accepted.
To place an order, complete the attached form. Please note the following:
- The table throw design is not changing to keep consistency across the entire university.
- You do not replace current adversails.
Items will be available for pick up on East Campus during PASE/Life Challenge 2015. We will communicate closer to that date when and where.
- Complete the form and email it to Mike Riese at mriese3@unl.edu.
- If you are paying by check, be sure the check is made payable to “University of Nebraska–Lincoln."
- If you plan on using 4-H council funds, tax will be added to the total.
