If you are experiencing issues with playing Zoom recordings on Windows Media Player try using VLC Media Player. We have discovered an issue that with certain versions of Windows OS that Windows Media Player doesn’t have the correct codex to player the recording. You can download VLC from the Self Service center if that is installed on your machine or download it online: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html.
