Mapping Quality of Life in Nebraska (MPLN)

MPLN is a collaborative effort among faculty from the Reaching One, Reaching All interest group, the UNL Community and Regional Planning Program, and the UNL Department of Child, Youth, and Family Studies to examine factors that impact quality of life among rural ethnic minorities. The team has released the first three reports on the geographic distribution of various factors that may be of interest to Extension -- e.g., poverty (including poverty by age, poverty by ethnicity, etc.); migration rates (including international/domestic migration) and race/ethnicity. The reports can be found at: http://digitalcommons.unl.edu/mapquallifene/

Future reports will include such topics as early childhood providers, food access and others.
