Based on the success of the statewide project of “Control Diabetes for Life” the series will continue in 2012. Dates for the group viewing of the program are: Wednesday - March 28, June 27, and November 28. The two-hour program will be available via DVD ordered from UNL Ed Media (Betty Castan). It is suggested that you show the DVD beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. This will include a meet-me-bridge call-in for questions and answers. Hosts are encouraged to team with local hospital staff for the question and answer portions of the program. This will give local ownership to the program, build local collaboration and stretch professional time and effort. All sessions are stand alone programs addressing different topics related to diabetes.
