Professor Adam Thimmesch's article, "The Tax Hangover: Trailing Nexus" was accepted for publication in the Winter 2014 issue of the Virginia Tax Review. Thimmesch teaches Individual Income Tax, Corporate Finance, and Business Associations. His scholarship focuses on the constitutional imitations imposed on state taxing power.
