Professor Eric Berger had his article "Lethal Injection Secrecy and Eighth Amendment Due Process" published in the Boston College Law Review. The article argues that capital inmates challenging the lethal injection procedures by which they will be executed should have a due process right to access important information about the procedure’s details.
