Associate Professor Kristen M. Blankley published Understanding Alternative Dispute Resolution, with co-author Maureen Weston, in August 2017. In addition, Professor Blankley has an upcoming article in the Ohio State Journal of Dispute Resolution entitled Agreeing to Collaborate in Advance? examining the likelihood that pre-dispute collaborative law agreements would be enforced over a party’s objection.
