3L Adam Morfeld had the opportunity to argue before the Nebraska Supreme Court on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Morfeld was a student in the College’s Civil Clinic, and during his time there wrote the appellate brief which led to this unique opportunity. Because the issue before the court deals with entitlement to unemployment benefits, a decision is expected shortly. Professors Kevin Ruser and Pat Knapp accompanied Adam, and both report that he did a fantastic job. "Adam did a wonderful job, and represented the College well," said Ruser. Congratulations, Adam!
