Decorum in the Library

We love our library! It is one of the nicest academic law library buildings in the country. We are proud of its beautiful design and they way the layout and furnishings accommodate nearly any study and research style: from wide open, well-lit tables, to soft sofa seating, to quiet nooks and crannies where one can find serious, solitary spaces for concentrated reading and contemplation. What we never expected was that it would also be considered by some as romantic. We are thrilled that some people find the law library as a place to nurture romance, but we must ask that anyone feeling the effects of Cupid's arrows please use discretion and keep the physical and conversational aspects of your relationships private. In the end, the library is a place for study and research and we've had some complaints from students about distractions from students who've been overly expressive of their affections for one another.

25 Best Law School iPad/iPhone Apps

OnlineCollege.org has published a pretty good list of "25 Game-Changing iPad Apps for Law Students and Lawyers." Find the list here: http://tinyurl.com/7ts4jfm/

Re-shelving Books

After you use them, please re-shelve your books in the library. And be especially careful to re-shelve them in their proper places. A book that is mis-shelved only a shelf or two away may never be found by a later patron who wants to use that title! Thanks for your cooperation.

Spring Break Hours

The law library will be operating on reduced hours during the break. They are posted on the library webpage and various other places around the building.
