Federal District Court Judge Joseph Bataillon to Lecture at Law College

Wednesday, April 11, 12:10
Hamann Auditorium

A discussion on the judicial nominations crisis.

The judicial branch has significant and wide-ranging impact on the lives of Americans. But roughly 10 percent of federal court seats are or will soon be vacant, including 32 seats that have been designated "judicial emergencies" by the Administrative Office of the U.S. courts. This crisis can no longer be ignored.

The event is sponsored by the Law College, Nebraska Appleseed, The Leadership Conference, Nebraska Coalition for Constitutional Values, and the American Constitution Society.
