Law Students Win 1st Annual UNL Cupcake Competition
1L Students, Ellie Schunk and Kelsey Dawson, competed in the 1st Annual UNL Cupcake Competition Wednesday, April 11th. They created a Samoa-inspired marble cupcake (white coconut/chocolate) with a coconut/caramel buttercream frosting topped with toasted coconut and chocolate and caramel drizzle.
