This Spring we will again be having Yoga Classes at the Law School which are free to the entire law school community. So please join us.
We have mats, and there are no pre-reqs to join. Come in what you're wearing, or bring a change of cloths. Amy Jirsa (our instructor) provides multiple versions of each move so that everyone from complete novices to advance yogis are able to comfortably participate. Besides, who doesn't need a law school class where you're told to relax at the end by laying down and closing your eyes?
