College of Law team comprised of second year students Katie Joseph and Rick Tast won the regional Client Counseling Competition held at Drake University on February 14-15. The pair now move on to compete in the national competition in Norman, Okla. on March 21-22.
The pair was coached by Professors Alan Frank and Craig Lawson, who have coached students in this competition since 1975. The College enjoys a tradition of excellence with respect to the competition as in the last 10 years 1 College of Law team won the international competition and 3 teams won the national competition; and, in the last 18 years 10 teams won regional competitions.
