Externships - Summer and Fall 2014

I am writing to encourage you to apply for summer/fall externships as a great way to gain practical experience and build your resume. You may earn up to 3 credit hours as an extern and each credit hour requires 40 hours of substantive work. As you can see, the deadlines for these externships are fast approaching. The Judicial Externships are a great way to make connections in the judiciary and learn about the work of a judicial clerk if you are eyeing possible post-graduate judicial clerkships or just want to learn how decisions are made from the inside!
