Session 1: (1:00 to 2:15p.m.) Agricultural Lending: Perspectives from the Money Side of the Desk (Panelists: Brad Brummond, First National Bank of Omaha; Martha Carpenter Smith, Bank of America Merrill Lynch); Bill Davis (Farm Credit Services of America).

Session 2: (2:30 to 3:15 p.m.) Best Practices: The Food Safety and Inspection Service Perspective (Dr. Michael Fisher, Col. U.S. Army (Ret.), former FSIS employee).

Session 3: (3:15 to 4:00 p.m.) Sweepstakes and Contests for Food and Agriculture Businesses (Rachel Taylon, Kutak Rock Attorney).

Brian Buescher, who leads our agribusiness litigation group for the firm and will serve as master of ceremonies, will also provide a brief update on legal issues facing agribusinesses.
