UNL has introduced a partner program with Box.Net and is offering each UNL student, faculty, and staff member an enormous 50 GB of online storage. Please join the IT department for a demonstration and Q&A session regarding the UNL Box.Net cloud storage service.
In addition to backing up your files, Box.Net offers a web-based editor suite as well as collaboration and file sharing capabilities (similar to Google Docs). They offer mobile clients for iOS and Android, an add-in for Microsoft Office, and much more.
The session will be led by Ranelle Maltas, a Skills Development Manager with UNL Information Technology Services. To learn about other opportunities to expand your technical know-how, be sure to follow Ranelle on Twitter at: @UNLtechTraining.
