First Annual Law Faculty/Staff Art Show Opening this Week!
The Schmid Law Library is hosting an art show with works by law college faculty and staff. An opening reception is planned as part of Lincoln’s First Friday Art Walk this Friday, February 6, from 4pm to 7pm. Please join us for light refreshments and conversation with the artists.
Wasting Paper
Each week we discard many, MANY pages that are unclaimed in the printer lab. Last semester we estimate that hundreds of pages were printed and unclaimed. Looking through these we found everything from completed tax forms (not something you want to leave lying around!), to wedding invitations, personal emails, etc. Please be responsible with your network printing.
The volume of printing in general has risen alarmingly, too. We are concerned that if the current rate of printing continues, we will need to re-institute charging for printing.
