Professor Michael Scaperlanda will be speaking on Executive Amnesty. Professor Scaperlanda is the Gene and Elaine Edwards Family Chair in Law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. His books include Immigration Law: A Primer and Recovering Self-Evident Truths: Catholic Perspectives on American Law, co-edited by OU law graduate, Professor Teresa Collett. Scaperlanda's articles have appeared in a number of journals, including the Connecticut Law Review, the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, the Iowa Law Review, the Stanford Law and Policy Review, the Texas Law Review, the Texas Review of Law and Politics, and the Wisconsin Law Review.
