Reed Hopper, of the Pacific Legal Foundation, will address the state of property rights in the 21st century. Mr. Hopper is a Principal Attorney with the PLF and has a long and successful history of combating government overreach, specifically the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Hopper has successfully brought two cases before the US Supreme Court and will share his thoughts on the preservation of property rights.
