We are belatedly celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the American Civil Rights Act and the 60th Anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education. In honor of these anniversaries, the American Constitution Society is hosting an event that speaks to the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment during Chief Justice Earl Warren’s time on the court and how it has changed over the last fifty years. We are honored to be hosting Professor Melissa Hart from the University of Colorado Law School who has specialized in Constitutional Law, Civil Rights, and Employment Discrimination to speak on this subject.
