This conference is designed for lawyers and professionals who practice in the employment arena. It will feature presentations and demonstrations by leading plaintiffs’ lawyers across the nation who are members of NELA’s Executive Board. Substantive issues will have particular application to practice in the Eighth Circuit. Nebraska NELA is an affiliate to the NELA organization founded in 2013 by advocates for employee rights in the state of Nebraska. We are a recognized affiliate of NELA (National Employment Lawyers Association). NELA, with over 4,000 members nationwide, is the nation’s only bar association that is comprised of lawyers who primarily represent individuals in employment-related matters.
