RSVPs: It is a Matter of Professionalism

Last week almost 50 people from the 1L class rsvp’d for the Baylor Evnen open house and less than half of them showed up. This is unacceptable and embarrassing for the law school. When you rsvp you need to attend or notify the host if for some reason you will not be attending. Food and drink are ordered based on the number of people who indicate they will be present.

This week are the last two 1L social events: Husch Blackwell and Gross & Welch. Husch is casual attire and Gross & Welch is Business Casual. If you have rsvp’d they are expecting you. Please be a professional and honor your commitments. If you have any questions about rsvp etiquette, feel free to stop by the CDO.
