New Student Printing System

Ink.
Ink.

This year, the College of Law has collaborated with UNL ITS and other UNL departments to adopt our university’s unified Ink. printing service. Each student’s InkCloud printing account will work at the Law College and in any other UNL building with an Ink. printing kiosk – you’ll have one account, with the same print queue and balance, everywhere you go!

You can print to InkCloud from your computer, from your tablet or smartphone, or directly from your favorite Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.Net, etc.) using the touchscreen kiosk – No computer required!
Ink. Kiosks can print documents in black-and-white or color, and they have a scanner built-in to each kiosk too! (Color photo printing is coming soon!)

Right now we have set up both of our Ink. Kiosks in the Law Library Printer Room – One of the kiosks will stay here permanently, while the second printing station will move to the Basement Student Lounge within the next week or two!

Creating your InkCloud Account

1. To create your InkCloud printing account, go to go.unl.edu/print in your web browser.
2. Click the button “Create/Add Funds To Account” then click “Sign In”.
3. Log in with your My.UNL (Canvas) credentials to create your account.
4. Click on “Add Funds”, and add your $5.00 free starter credit by redeeming the promo code " firsttime ".

Tip: If you want to print “the old way” from your File -> Print… menu dialog, you can install the Ink Kiosk Print Driver!

From the Ink. webpage, go to File->Print link at the top of the page – then download & run the installer from that page. When you send your first print job, your computer will pop up a login window – Use your My.UNL (Blackboard/Canvas) username to set up your print driver.
(P.S. Driver won’t download? Microsoft Edge doesn’t seem to like the download URL, so try Chrome or Firefox instead…)

Access to the Lawprint Printing System for returning Law Students

As a returning student, you will have access to our old Lawprint system throughout the Fall 2017 semester, so that you may continue to use up your existing printer credits!
You can check your printing credit balance online at http://lawprint.unl.edu/ using your My.UNL ID and password to see what you have left to spend.

New credits will not be issued for Lawprint during the Fall term and are no longer available for purchase. The Lawprint system will be decommissioned at the end of the Fall 2017 class term. All Law students will use the Ink.Me printing service after January 1st, 2018.
