The USPTO Rocky Mountain Regional Office invites you to join us for a series of programming to understand intellectual property. Part I in the series will focus on an introduction to intellectual property, the different types of intellectual property, how to research/determine if an idea is novel, and the comparison between a provisional and non-provisional patent application.
The Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic and the Nebraska Patent & Trademark Resource Center are regional hosts for this event. The PTRC is located in Schmid Law Library and directed by Rich Leiter.
